This notice is applicable to all persons using Hill & Smith
PLC Group computer and communications systems and networks (the “H&S
Systems”) for any purposes, including for personal use.
All use of the H&S Systems is strictly to be undertaken in
accordance with, and subject to, all Hill & Smith PLC’s or local
Operating Company applicable policies (the “H&S Policies”). A copy of these
H&S Policies can be found on the Hill & Smith intranet or can be
obtained from your local HR department.
In accordance with the H&S Policies, H&S is entitled to monitor
all use of the H&S Systems and to inspect and intercept all data processed
using them, to check compliance with H&S Policies and to detect any misuse
of the H&S Systems.
Following on from an investigation, or where ordered to do so,
H&S may share with law enforcement agencies,
courts, tribunals and other applicable regulatory bodies the details of any
misuse of the H&S Systems in breach of this Notice of Use and the data
connected with such misuse.
Failure to comply with the terms of this Notice of Use could put Hill
& Smith PLC and its staff at significant risk and in the case of a
serious breach could be considered gross misconduct and/or a criminal offence,
resulting in disciplinary action, immediate termination of employment or
engagement, civil action and/or criminal action.
By continuing to use the H&S Systems you acknowledge that you have
read, understood and accept this Notice of Use.
